One thing I would like to recommend is food grade diatomaceous earth. you can get it at any feed store. Just take one tablespoon full in the morning and evening mixed with a little water. Make sure you take in extra water as it is needed to pass the DE throug the digestive tract.
I have a very delicate stomach and I just started taking the food grade diatomaceous earth (purchase at a feed store.. it is way cheap that way and make sure to get the food grade!!) last week. I have been feeling so much better and my stomach seems to be thanking me as well. Of course I have dramatically increased my intake of delicious dark green salads with all my favorite things like tomato, hickama and bell pepper along with some fresh ground flax seed and some seeds like pumpkin and sunflower.. sometimes i even put in a few raisins. Eat lots of green stuff for a while and see if it does not make a big difference. slat to taste and a little lemon or lime juice on top or whatever your favorite vegan dressing is.
I know that the juicer linked below is kinda expensive but so is being sick.
you will be healed if you drink lots of green juice made of leafy greens and wheat grass. Invest in your health!! you will never regret it.. It is your body.. you have to decide to make the changes or you will not be able to heal.
